Exceptional

Nice place to stay

Liked: The hotel was nice, nice greeting at the first day. The room was spacious. There was plenty space to park a car. The bus stop is very close, although the bus was never on time:)
Disliked: The breakfast selection can be improved. Some more hot dishes would be nice. We were not provided with an iron on request. You should ask for cleaning a day in advance, which was difficult because there was rarely anyone at the reception. The bathroom door does not close properly.

Liked: The restaurant nearby, the 24hrs shop next by and the last year stay in the different part of the hotel was much, much better
Disliked: Where do I start...way too hot in the rooms, waited 10min until hot water started in the shower, neglected the whole place-broken wooden bed beams, filthy mattress, pealing paint in the bathroom cupboards, outdated heaters, curtains which doesn't make a difference between day and night, no bed duvet or any type to cover yourself, not sure if the covers and the pillow covers were even changed and we were with a child. 1 towell and we were 3 of us, had to ask the receptionist whose response was- let me check, we may don't have any...one of the lights couldn't turn off despite dimmed. Pillows were horrendous. Mould in the bathroom. The wooden floor was peeling and there were stains/spots in a few places showing no one mopped the place. Just disgusting

Hotel close to motorway

Liked: 5 min from A3 motorway, quiet (family house type) quarter, very spacious room, Edeka close by (did not try).
Disliked: I found an artificial nail and a hair in the basin (none of mine). With a room on the groundfloor of the annex building, where the terrace (almost) opens to the street, i did not feel safe (the quarter is calm, but you never know…) (Just to add, the hotel has no control over the following: The neighbour orders a pizza, and instead of coming down to the main door of the building (no reception desk in the annex building) to pick it up, she considers perfectly fine that the pizzaman asks me to let him into the building… (pizzaman and i arrived to the main door at the same time))
