Beautiful hotel,

Liked: Cosy room, beautiful building and decorations, lovely cleaning staff, very nice bathroom items, valet staff helpful.
Disliked: Female desk staff could have been much warmer and much more welcoming and helpful. Very disappointing eating / beverage amenities, unless alcohol. Why 2 bars and no cafe? Little effort regarding Christmas spirit from staff. The hotel felt very stripped back re: refreshment services, i.e.: none.

Liked: Central location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The WiFi was spotty.

Liked: To start off all the staff is very helpful and polite. The premises are very clean and close to the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Enjoyable cocktails at the secreto lounge with a delicious menu for snacks from the restaurant. Again can’t say enough about the weekend staff. The BEST!

Liked: The location is ideal for exploring Santa Fe
Disliked: The hotel didn't receive any confirmation from Booking.com. Instead, they suggested i book a room with them separately. They even confirmed that they could see my reservation on booking.com, but not on their portal. I ended up having to pay an additional $100.00 for my stay. The hotel has a wonderful charm, but it was definitely not worth the price. I would recommend staying in smaller boutique hotels that offer amenities like breakfast, a microwave and lots of additional space in the room.
