Safe place for solo female...

Liked: It is well located, in a safe area, everything’s is quite new, bathroom and bed decently sized. Also offering free coffee and a mini fridge with things you can buy. The staff is very friendly, Patrick the receptionist very welcoming and helpful, especially during check in/out.
Disliked: Just to be picky the decor wasn’t really up my alley but other than that everything was fine. Did not try the breakfast since I wanted to try having that at a boulangerie.

Romantic quirky stay in Paris

Liked: Great location - quiet and close to the metro, near a pretty park and plenty of cafés/nice restaurants. Quirky themed rooms, clean, comfortable and great value for money - 2 nights here cost less than 1 night in London. Staff were friendly and responsive. Free afternoon tea facilities in reception each day. We would absolutely book to stay here again if visiting Paris - bravo!
Disliked: We had requested a specific room type (cards) but were not given either of our top two choices on arrival, despite our first choice being available and were told that it was an extra cost (it wasn't). However, this was quickly rectified and we were able to change rooms straight away. A €50 deposit was taken from our bank account and we did not receive it back until 30 days after our stay - usually this is just a pending charge and not actually taken.

Comfortable, clean and easily accessible

Liked: Comfortable, clean and very near to several metro stops. Didn't speak to the staff much as we did not have the need, however, they all seemed very friendly and spoke good English.
