Liked: +Great location+Very Polite and very Prepared Staff +Extremely Clean and Functional+They do their best to upgrade every customer+Great Views
Disliked: +Aging Infrastructure (nothing that prevents you from enjoying your stay, but the hotel is simply getting quite old - and it doesn’t feel it is a good value for money)+Breakfast experience could be much better for a 5-star hotel in Italy; nothing is really missing, but both food and ambiance lack that additional touch higher end you would expect in a 5-star (eg higher selections of cake, higher selection of cold cuts and cheeses that look very fresh and just cut, pizzas); conversely, service is great, coffees are very good too+ The rooftop bar is crazily overpriced… regardless how wealthy the average person staying at this hotel, it doesn’t feel fair to be presented with a menu where the average cocktail is priced around 30 euros or more… it just a predatory attitude from the hotel… + Also, if they include in the bill a discretionary service charge by default computed as a percentage of your total stay… again, never heard of such practice in any hotel I have been too worldwide… to be fair, the staff openly disclosed that, but yet you have to ask to remove it… clearly management plays on the fact that a customer might feel uncomfortable asking to remove it

Liked: The staff was outstanding! From the doorman, to the receptionists and especially at the breakfast restaurant and dinner restaurant
Disliked: There was nothing in the room to prepare an espresso or a tea - it is expected at a 5 star hotel and it was definitely disappointing ‼️
