Not good and not good...

Liked: Was not good quality of property. Did not apply to IHG standards.
Disliked: Facilities were not good. Even do not supply kettle and tea. Plumbing system was not proper. Toilet was blocked and feels uncomfortable.Morning breakfast had not much selections.

A good old hotel, but...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The hotel is good stock but it is currently not operated well. The staff is not helpful. There is no kettle in the room. Our room was facing a wall. The restaurant is mediocre compared to all the great food around it. The AC control display is so bright, it illuminates the whole room at night. No soap?! No parking discount or other parking arrangement except the shady place next door.

Liked: Good staff, pretty good location. Rooms are small but quite comfortable.
Disliked: We had a city view room, which was a bit more expensive, but as a result we got very dirty windows that we didn't even want to look through. In addition, there was a smell of something old in the room, the furniture was relatively new, but the smell remained as if the furniture was very old, and it made the air heavy. It was also surprising that there was no breakfast.
