Liked: Stuff was unfriendly Room was niceSpa was old Sauna was very old and full of sweat
Disliked: People don’t know how to do sauna. No towels on wood all sweating into benches

Liked: There was noise from the street, especially last night. I was expecting more from the spa. The staff is very attentive, kind and helpful. I adored the room, was really well furnished.

Liked: I liked the big room with modern deco, very big bed, very comfortable pillow, massive bathroom with a fantastic shower. Spa facilities were really good and not too busy. At breakfast a very good selection of food and a good coffee. The staff was nice and helpful. Metro 5min walk.
Disliked: The bed was too much on a soft side, but that's my personal preference.
