Underwhelming

Liked: Hotel was close to the downtown area. Lots of shops and things to do nearby.
Disliked: Not enough towels given for 9 nights only received 3 and was told the hotel policy dint allow for more like what. Also had problmes with my TV and was told they would fil the complaint but took so long to actually get it fixed. Overall less than satisfactory hotel.

Liked: The posada never fails to delight. The property is lush with a nice pool and spa. The restaurant serves simple Mexican dishes that are delicious.

Liked: Staff were friendly, it was very functional, clean and located conveniently.
Disliked: An electric kettle may be good. Staff fluency with English could be better.

I loved it!

Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel. The food was beyond delicious and amazing service, cant wait to go back soon.
Disliked: The only thing not amazing is the lack of ramps for wheelchairs or to carry the suitcases
