Liked: The spa and breakfast were amazing!! The hotel is so beautiful, the parking easy and pleasant and the room was very spacious. It was a really nice first stay to see this place, really enjoyed it!
Disliked: The TV didnt work and I know they said that you could call reception but we just didnt want to bother. The bathroom the hot water took a really long time to come out, we were in the fifth floor, and last room so that might be the reason.

Disliked: AC wasn’t working properly. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t and they didn’t change the room.

Lovely hacienda

Liked: The original buildings and gardens are beautiful. The pool was nice and warm (but not too warm). The hotel was relaxed and peaceful - great for a lovely chilled out break. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of tasty food. The rooms were clean, a decent size and had lovely comfortable beds.
Disliked: Not a lot. If I was getting picky, a few tiles were coming off the pool and there seemed to be an excessive use of pesticides killing bees around the garden!

Liked: We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind hotel: Hotel & Spa Hacienda de Cortes. It is a magnificent historic site. The Pictures need to do it justice. The grounds are peaceful and magical, there is a beautiful pool area to relax, and the restaurant offers
