HORRIBLE, DON'T GO HERE!!!
Disliked: Worst hotel experience ever! ❌❌❌The WiFi didn’t work at all, and our room was in the basement, where it smelled horribly musty even after airing it out. The door was extremely difficult to open, and the room was located right next to the dining area, so we were woken up at 7 AM by noisy guests heading to breakfast.The worst part was the staff – completely unhelpful! When we asked to change rooms, they literally laughed in our faces. The room door was made of glass and positioned in a way that anyone walking to the dining area could see inside – zero privacy!Never again. Definitely do not recommend! 👎

Liked: in the room, the toilet paper had a fingerprint in the toilet rool and the roll was wet, so the last person in the room before me must have dropped it in the toilet and the cleaners didnt even check itdisgusting
Disliked: the cleanliness was terrible, toilet paper with thumb print in it, weird dust on desk and weird dead bugs in room. see photos. scary

small room next to metro
Liked: Convenient location next to metro station. Beautiful view from the window. Quite street, no noises from the outside. Very clean room. The cleaning staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room is very small. There is no shower cabin, only bath without any curtain. The bath is located just under the slope of the roof making it extremly inconvenient to wash yourself. There is no central heating, only air conditioning. This made air very dry. AC worked only in the room, therefore the bathroom was very cold, as if it was outside the building. The noises from elevator were very loud. The design of the room was made ages ago, the walls, the doors, the warderobe were shabby. The colors of the walls were depressing dark blue and dark brown, the colors that made me think everything around is dirty. The elevator was two small for three people. Whenever someone wanted to take the same elevator we should wait for the next one. The breakfast was small. Every time we exited the hotel we had to hand over the room key and on the way back take it back, which was inconvenient.
