Great location and convenient.

Liked: Great location in Melbourne. Comfy bed.
Disliked: The cleaner/room service didn't make the beds up, just replaced our used towels (considering the price per night, I would have expected the rooms to be better serviced for our stay).

Liked: It was clean and was close by to train station. It was cheap.
Disliked: Theres hardly anyone at the reception, and seem very unprofessional. I couldn't sleep as I could hear trains, people laughing, bin truck, sirens, people walking in the hallway and could even here their conversation because the window and walls were so thin!! The window we did have was able to be lifted quite high, where someone would be able to climb out and hurt themselves. The place is very small, and the lights are very dull. I had to use my phone torch in some cases for some extra light. The wifi is shown to be 'fast' however during the stay I experienced my websites not loading, disconnecting and being slow. I would not recommend!

Disliked: Shared bathroom, but that was my fault as i didnt realise there was nnon shared rooms

Liked: The hotel was close to Southern Cross train station and all amenities, tram stops so was and it was a very good location. Bed were well made and comfortable.
Disliked: The TV and remote system was the worst I have ever seen, the room was small and cramped there wasn't even enough room for us to unpack our bags,

Great location, skip breakfast

Liked: The location was perfect, the room good, except a bit noisy.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, we have been travelling for 9 months across the world and this was the worst breakfast ever !
