Beautiful but….

Liked: Location is good in le marais. Staff was very nice and friendly (day team). The coffee downstairs is great and hotel is beautifully decorated and clean.
Disliked: Room is very small which is normal in Paris but advertised 14m2 when the room is way smaller. In addition the bathroom is extremely small (less than 2m2) with no door and do not match the pictures on the website (in fact the bathroom pictures are the same for all the room types on Booking.com page….). Last but not least the room is really not convenient….2 big lamps taking the whole space on nightstands when there is already 2 lamps on the wall, a corner desk there only for decorating as it is impossible to sit taking space, no space in the room to put together the boiler and coffee machine. The room is missing shelves. For this price range there is a lot of point of improvement.

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfy and the croissants for breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: The room was quite hot and unfortunately there is no way to turn on AC in the winter as it is a building wide system. But the staff very kindly provided us with a fan. It is also quite loud on the streets but that is expected in the centre of Paris.
