Disliked: Carpet was dirty, sound isolation is poor (could not sleep because of the party next room), hotel maid came in the room despite "Please do not disturb" sign.

Liked: Room is very big and has a balcony with some partial snow capped mountain views. And we saw the first snow fall at the balcony. Breakfast area is very prettily designed and breakfast is really good with freshly made eggs of your choice and a wide variety of bread and croissants, warm dishes and fresh fruits, and coffee is good! One of the best hotel breakfasts we have come across. Short walk to Fuessen old town and lots of eateries around. Short drive to the Hohenschwangau village (to get to the castle).
Disliked: Room has a step down from the entrance, so older folks have to be careful once you open the door to the room. Pillows are too soft. Carpets are stained, insufficient counter space in the toilet. Underground carpark is provided at 13 Euros a night but both entrance to the carpark and the carpark lots are very narrow, so need to inform the hotel in advance if you are driving a big car.

Liked: The best hotel I stay in Fussen. The room was a good size, the bed was confortable and the cleanning was impecable. The breakfest was delicious with a lot of options. The staff were very helpful, speciality Mr. Adrian, who did his best to help us. Perfect hotel, congratulations to the whole team.
