Pleasant and Relaxing.

Liked: The staff in the Restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. The most cheerful and dedicated bunch of people working diligently and efficiently. Thank you all. The none restaurant staff were equally helpful and cheerful helping us with requests and directions.
Disliked: The fact that there was no level or ramp access through the main hotel doors was a concern.No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. All 4* hotels we have stayed in provide this service.We could not understand why the wash basin was in the room rather than in the 'bathroom'?

Exceptional

Liked: Great spot, right in the middle of the city. Staff were very friendly and even lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. Lots of great places to eat nearby and the bus stop to visit other attractions and sites is a short walk away. If you need parking, make sure you request early with the Hotel so they can reserve you a spot in the underground parking lot on site instead of the one down the road.

Liked: Perfect location, exceptional breakfast, interesting design of the hotel interior. There are nice bonuses on the premises - a games room, souvenir shop, spa, etc.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room, the fan didn't cope with the task. We couldn't open the window either, as the noise from the High Street would've been unbearable. We thought we would choke there at night. Besides, the bedlinen is a kind of synthetics, didn't feel good to sleep on.
