Stayed for the second time,...

Liked: Location very convenient - not so close to the city centre but well connected and close to the river. The room was quiet (well isolated from the external noise), but one could hear people walking in the room above, unfortunate if your neighbours are active in the middle of the night. Excellent breakfast, varied, which is appreciated during longer stay. It was my second stay at the hotel and that also says something.
Disliked: Only the noise from the upstairs room - I guess nothing can be done.

Liked: I liked everything. I visited for business. My needs were well satisfied. Breakfast we excellent. Service was excellent. This was my second visit. I will return. Thanks!
Disliked: My suggestion is to have additional electricity outlets/connections. The wall locations are not convenient. Especially near the bed. Today, people plug-in phones, laptops and other devices. Extensions on the floor that match the wall's color would be solution.

Good location, excellent breakfast

Liked: The hotel is located in a busy area, but it's quiet. Close to the river, which is an additional bonus. Room was large, well equipped, and clean. Exceptional breakfast - with daily changes in the menu, fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
Disliked: Sleep was disturbed by the guests in the room above - every step was very loud, probably due to the wooden floor.

Disliked: The stay was ok however the reception is not available 24/7. On our arrival there was no one to do the check in, room card was given by security guard after 15 mins waiting.Room fitted with kitchen are not useful as you cannot cook much because right above the stove is smoke detector and the alarm is activated and you as guest are threaten and shouted by the staff that they will call police and fire fighters and you will need to pay heavy fine.

Liked: Breakfast good quality with plenty of choice. My brother requested fried eggs and happily got what he wantedThe location was stunning, by the river- enjoyed a walk along the riverbank. Sat with a glass of wine in the autumn sun.Room very clean.
Disliked: The bar was often unmanned and we had to try and find staff, often waiting 5 mins. Some people didn't bother to wait - lost revenue.Language was sometimes difficult but staff tried their best.We weren't aware of the Spa facility til we were leaving - we would have visited it
