Overpriced and outdated

Liked: The location was ok, right at the edge of Füssen so was convenient to get around. The staff was also nice.
Disliked: We were really disappointed by our stay in this so called 4 star hotel. The design everywhere was outdated, the spa area was not nice, with very small saunas, the inside pool had terrible acoustics and the outside pool had a view to the parking lot. The room was specious but with very outdated design and so was the very basic bathroom. The bed was the hardest we ever experienced and we slept terribly (apparently we could have asked for a topper, why not have it there in the first place?). The food in the restaurant for dinner was of low quality. Over all, a bad experience for the high price that we paid.

Liked: Vacation wellness and relaxation, luxurious vacation in beautiful surrounding. Very nice staff and hotel facilities!! Dream like vacation made true! Good food, respectful service and good quality all around
Disliked: The hotel does not have signs in English and could be more equipped for an international guest. At checkout we had to pay city tax for a city pass we were never told about and I am still wondering what it included. The hotel description mentions an outdoor Hot tube, in reality the degrees of the indoor pool is 29 Celsius and the outdoor 30 Celsius which is too cold for the end of November

Great location - very comfortable...

Liked: Breakfasts were very good with lots of choices, plus a omelet bar. Restaurant had wonderful food and service.
Disliked: Would have liked more dinner entree options in the restaurant, and though the pool is heated a hot tub would have been very nice.

I would definitely come back...

Liked: Location, great staff and very good rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.
