Liked: Staff were fantastic, very friendly, extremely welcoming and very helpful.Nice room with very comfortable beds and bedding.Wonderful location, lots of places to see within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Close to town of Fussen which is close enough to walk to.Fantastic swimming pools and spa facilities. Being able to swim outside and admire the views was lovely.We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you
Disliked: Soundproofing in room could have been a bit better. The room got rather warm and stuffy at night.

We would be back every year if we weren't half way around the world.

Liked: Breakfast was a great assortment of food. The location is incredible. The spa and hotel are clean and very calming. Staff were all very friendly and all tried to speak english to accomodate us. We felt very welcome the entire time.
Disliked: nothing

A great place to relax

Liked: Fantastic food, good bar and great spa, fitness and wellness facilities. Good size room and had well stocked vending machines for late night drinks and snacks.
Disliked: Located about 15-20 minute walk out of town, so you will need to factor this in. Check in and check out times mean that you will want to spend more than one night here to make the most of it.

Disliked: The restaurant in the evening was confusing. Only option a 39 euro set meal with 4 courses on German menu. English version had individual course prices but still charged set meal.
