Liked: Staff was very friendly; hotel was clean (a little old); for the money and location, I would stay there again!

Great place to stay, close to everything. You can connect rooms which is pretty cool. You get a free breakfast. I'd recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, affordable place.

Liked: What I liked about the property is that it was near the beach, the Jacuzzi and the pools.
Disliked: There was tons of flies in & around the hotel rooms, (excessive amount) and also had some flies in the room due to that. Manager was very pushy and rude, and the deposit fee of $250 isn’t labeled on the booking site, which when I approach to the complex, he stated that it was on the website, which is not, and said to contact booking.com to fix the issue…. Why should I fix the issue when I’m not management or owner of this hotel? Whenever I try to speak, he would cut me off tremendously. Deposit fee of $250 should be labeled in the booking description before booking so we ask customers won’t go day of stay, lots of confused as to why we didn’t know about any deposit fees to stay in the hotel

Disliked: They are rude upon arrival, they charge you a daily pet fee of $50, $25 for daily parking, and a $1.50 deposit for the accommodation. The truth is that this hotel should be closed. The jacuzzi has a chemist that I don't love, but I almost took off my swimsuit and rubbed my skin and the receptionist said that he didn't care that Booking said that this was their hotel and rules?! I had already paid 700 for 3 nights and at the reception I had to pay all the fees for my dog. Parking is scammers and I hope the city closes them.
