Liked: Comfortable spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Nice dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa facilities good for relaxation (pool not really big enough for lap swimming but fine just to unwind). Good location for exploring region.
Disliked: n/a - really enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable stay close to Łańcut...

Liked: The hotel is located close to the łancut castle and has enough parking space. The hotel is designed well, spacious and allow natural daylight. They alos have a dedicated area for kids (toddlers) to play. The gym, swimming pool and sauna are the highlights.Perfect for a relaxing stay.
Disliked: There is not much to complain. The swimming pool is slightly smaller, but that is a space constraint.

I encountered lies and broken...

Disliked: I agreed in advance a very quiet room. The staff has confirmed. We even selected some rooms that fit in best my requirements (208 or neighborly). When I arrived, a boy gave me the key (prepared in advance), that was room 201. I reacted immediately: this is not what we confirmed, it’s close to the elevator. The boy said: “no, it’s in the center of the corridor”. I trusted him and went upstairs. And the room was on other side from expected 208 and right next to the elevator. I highlighted immediately the problem and received the answer: “this is a mistake of someone, other rooms are not available, manager is not available and can talk to you next days, the only thing that we can - call to another hotel”. Of course I left this hotel. Summary: when they want to attract you, they use any arguments to promise you the service and care. But that’s all, nobody takes the responsibility for the delivery of promised services.I was obliged (instead of having a rest after 4h of driving) to go to another city, to find another hotel.
