A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - especially when we were sick and they arranged for a doctor to make a house call and pick up medication from the pharmacy. The room was spacious (for Paris), the bathroom and shower modern. The decoration was charming and distinctive -something on the order of Art Nouveau Boudoir...tongue in cheek decadence....Charming.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel makes a poor first impression.The entry way and lobby area is small, dark and uninviting. The location on Rue St Denis is a bit dicey, making one question at first whether this is genuinely going to be a luxury boutique hotel.

Liked: Beds were incredibly comfortable as were pillows, great location, friendly staff. Nicely decorated rooms and lovely scented soaps available for use ! Very helpful staff !
Disliked: We could not figure out our phone ??

Liked: Nice clean room. Good location to sights. Towels changed on a regular basis. Staff friendly and accomodating
Disliked: Mixup at check in when the system was stating i hadn't prior paid for my room. Not good for the heart rate.
