Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: The hotel is a lovely small hotel only a short walk from Gare de Lyon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the shower good.We were recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Boutique style, small hotel in nice neighborhood. Comfortable small room. Cosy foyer area with drinks available.
Disliked: Tiny windows with no view. Room cleaner didn’t top up tea and milks.

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to be helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. Everything we requested was taken care of perfectly.
Disliked: The only thing was the location. It was further away from the city attractions than we thought, but it was a nice area with delicious restaurants. Public transportation was a bit of a walk.

Liked: The room was very small, but that is to be expected in a hotel in this location. What they did was allow guests to use the very comfortable breakfast room 24/7 where they provided free tea and coffee, cake and fruit. On our first night, too early for bed and too tired to go out, we enjoyed a few hours there playing scrabble as they provided.Also the staff were fabulous, all very friendly and very helpful
