Liked: location, breakfast, and the lady at reception is so nice and helpful
Disliked: nothing, but 5 suitcases to climb up 3 levels with no lift can be challenging

Liked: The room is nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the Christmas markets, Nyhavn, shopping malls. The breakfast is nice.
Disliked: The corridor is a bit narrow. A bit difficult if you have big luggage.

Liked: Cleanliness Design and comfort of bed/pillows etc all good. Unfortunately my room size could barely acoomodate 1 person. Definitely not appropriate for 2 people. Quite possibly the smallest room I've ever been in, but as a solo traveler it suited me just fine. The only place to sit was the bed or a desk chair and the tv was at side of bed instead of in front of bed given room size. At foot of bed was a chest you could hang clothes in etc.
Disliked: Design overall comfort/cleanliness (not including tight quarters/small room size)

A very pleasant boutique hotel...

Liked: The hotel has a very pleasant, cosy ambience, and its location is excellent, a one minute walk from Nyhavn. A very pleasant place to stay.
Disliked: Our room was quite small, but nice and well equipped.

Disliked: I've been coming as a loyal customer for more than 15 years and still they never take into consideration my request for a room facing the small back yard
