Elegant modern hotel, great location...

Liked: The rooms were chic and large for the area (albeit I did upgrade to a deluxe). Staff was super helpful and prompt when I had a few requests. The location was perfect for my meetings around the corner, on a quiet street around the corner from many restaurants. I’d go back for sure.
Disliked: The initial room I’d booked into was right next to the lift and I wouldn’t have been happy staying there, but I was able to move immediately.

Liked: Beautiful property, excellent breakfast. Loved the roof top bar. Excellent location for walking around as well as being on a quiet street.
Disliked: The pillows in the room were far too soft for me - had to use the display pillow to sleep.

Liked: Great location and close to the station. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: My room had not been cleaned which was an error on their part which they did try to rectify asap. They sent the cleaners round however parts of the bathroom, particularly the shower were still filthy and sheets had other people's hair and staines on them.
