A peaceful friendly oasis, perfect...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful, healthy, relaxed and had a wide variety of well presented dishes, breads, pastries etcEvery member of staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to help with questions eetcLocation was perfect for exploring the city - quiet and picturesque, yet only a 10-15 minute walk to the central building interesting to tourists such as the National museum and Royal Palace)Room was airy with lovely view of the sea. Linen was soft as soft!
Disliked: It was all perfect - exactly what I hoped for

Exceptional

Pleasant retreat on quiet island

Liked: Overall a comfortable and pleasant hotel in a historical building on a quiet and conveniently located island near the city center and the old town and across from another island containing major museums, all easily accessible by walking, ferries or buses. Front desk personnel very pleasant and helpful. Good restaurant on premises, included nice breakfast with excellent coffee. Only minor criticisms were odd style of bathroom sink, artistically interesting but extremely non-functional, and unsupportive pillows. Room otherwise quite adequate with pretty view over bay.

Beautiful hotel in great location

Liked: Was a stunning hotel in a beautiful old building which had so much character.The breakfast too was outstanding with so many healthy options.Location is also perfect for exploring Stockholm.
Disliked: The only thing that was missing was as any coffee facilities in the room, which would have been nice to have.

Exceptional

Great stay, easy to get...

Liked: Very clean, great restaurant, staff were great. Bus stop very close and easy to use. We were there at the beginning of January, there was ice and snow, so some might have found it a little difficult to walk off the island (elderly, children, people with motion difficulties), but the bus was quite frequent!
Disliked: The double too is very small, with a small bed (ours was anyway) so we had to upgrade to a larger room, which was amazing!
