Will not stay here again.

Liked: Property was fine. Check in staff was great. Night manager was extremely rude and condescending when i lost my room key. Very unfriendly, and UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional. In this business, you have to expect that people get locked out of their rooms. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a hotel staff member and we will not go back as a result. Very disappointing.
