Value, location, and cleanliness were...

Liked: The location was good, near the freeway and only a mile from great restaurants. The room and the outside areas were very clean as well.
Disliked: The shower was very broken. It may have been a wheelchair accessible shower (which is fine but I was not notified about beforehand) but the metal piece that was supposed to hold the shower head did not work correctly so water was spraying everywhere, including out to the rest of the bathroom. The phone was also broken and kept repeating a tone so I had to unplug it from the wall after the front desk didn't know what to do about it.

Liked: You don't have breakfast.
Disliked: Hotel wasn't walking distance to other restaurants, etc. Also, our keys didn't open the glass door from parking lot to the elevator. We walked back to the front desk and found out that door isn't working, we had to go around and use the other door. Why didn't someone put a sign up instead of having everyone come back to the office thinking their keys didn't work. When we saw others at that door, we told them to go around. Not good customer service. Also, when we left for dinner we called the front desk because our tv clicker wasn't working, and asked them to drop off a new one to our room. They wouldn't, said we needed to bring it to them to get a new one.

Disliked: Needs grab bars in shower

Liked: Fabulous big room and bathroom. The host was exceptional, so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only slight issue was the computer took payment from wrong card
