We canceled on time the...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff. The person that answers the front desk, a male. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Does not listen any of the customers needs . Be Leary of staying at this location. We tried to explain that this reservation was canceled and the property charged the stay without authorization. Never even offered to help resolve . Simply did not care .

Good and economical

Disliked: Would have preferred a room across from parking lot

Liked: Blanket and location and nice big shower
Disliked: I had to switch rooms after I had unpacked because the TV or phone service didn't work. Also had to wait 15 mintues for the front deck person to arrive. We arrived 530h

Disliked: The room smelt of smoke and alcohol and there was no option to change the room and I had to sleep there.

Exceptional

Liked: The place felt like it was brand new...so clean.
Disliked: The contractor who installed the shower curtain rod had no idea that they installed the shower curtain rods too high which of course resulted in the curtain flying outside the tub during a shower...😁
