Liked: This hotel was the highlight of our vacation and our best night’s sleep. It blended modern comfort with the historic and authentic charm of Amsterdam. It felt as if we were sleeping in the heart of the city yet still quiet enough for a fantastic rest at night. The breakfast was warm and nourishing: eggs, danish, pancakes, strong coffee, juice.
Disliked: We wish there was hair conditioner - just ensure to bring your own!

Liked: Really nice and friendly staff , particularly on reception. The lady assisted us with many questions.Also, I was surprised with the gift from the hotel. I forgot to pay for a can of beer. My bad. Fortunately ,receptionist said that it was a gift and no any worries about.Many thanks for the good time)

Liked: you are allowed to have coffee and tea at the loby anytime for free. That is amazing. They also gave us chocolate as christmas presents. And the bar in the room has also free snacks and drinks.
Disliked: The water went down slowly in the bathroom. And the cushion on the bed is not so clean.

Liked: Staying in the heart of Amsterdam is incredibly convenient. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Central Station, making it perfect for exploring the city's iconic attractions. The complimentary breakfast offers an excellent selection of both European and American options. The staff is exceptionally helpful and genuinely takes pride in their work, which enhances the overall experience. Our triple room was spacious, and the large bathroom added to our comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!
