Amazing stay, we’ll be back.

Liked: The property was close to great restaurants and stores. As well at the grand central station and between all major areas. We walked everywhere it was amazing.

Friendly cosy feel to the...

Liked: It was very convenient for the train and sight seeing. The welcome was really excellent and friendly. The room was warm and cosy and great amenities. The breakfast was delicious and really set me up for the day. All the staff I met were helppful and friendly. The downstairs lobby was nice to relax in and read and have free coffee.
Disliked: I liked it all

The hotel is very small...

Liked: The breakfast is sparce and seating is limited which can result in waiting for a table, the food on offer could run out at times, there was a free coffee machine, there was plenty of choice for channels on the TV including BBC London, the location is central and very coinvent for the tram and train station
Disliked: Nothing
