Liked: The location. The staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: This is not boutique. Stayed in far far better. Arrival is standing in a cafe waiting to get seen. The room is in dire need of decorating. Lots of dust on surfaces. Parts of the scotia moulding around the floor missing. The seal on one of the windows has blown so condensation in the glass. The surface around the sink is all blown. Inadequate sized A/C for the room so not warm enough in december. Walking up to the room is dingy with lots of marked paintwork. We've stayed in boutique, b&b, hotels and air bnb and frankly this just wasn't worth the money. If you look at my past reviews, you'll see I don't leave poor reviews, and am quite honest about what I find. Sadly, booked as a treat for my wife but wouldn't recommend.

We expected more from this...

Liked: The location is great, right next to the tower!
Disliked: The room was pretty cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The floor was not really clean and the overall feeling was a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Very pleasant location in the centre of the city. Everything at walking distance. The room was clean and silence. Breakfast was included and served at a nice to share platter working great with the overall atmoshphere of the hotel.
