Great central location, friendly and...

Nice location

Liked: The hotel location is great, in the centre, close to everything without being in the middle of the too lively and noisy streets. Many places to eat at a very close walking distance. Free water, spacious room. Nice staff.
Disliked: The elevator broke twice during a 5-days stay, which meant 5 flights of stairs to walk. The staff offered to help with luggage, but still, one has to go up and down by themselves ... twice is a bit too much.Breakfast is ok, but if you get down too late (8 instead of 7) and something has already been taken by others (for example pancakes) ... you do not get them.

Great hotel!

Liked: The hotel is very well located in the city center, within walking distance of the historical center and many other attractions. We reserved 3 rooms, all of which were clean and comfortable. The staff is responsive and friendly. It is very convenient for guests that they can use free coffee and juice throughout the day. Thank you for the comfort, the warm welcome and the friendly attitude!
Disliked: Everything was great!
