City break in Bilbao

Liked: Location was fairly central
Disliked: Bathroom in need of attention i.e shower tray coming away from the floor. No complimentary bottles of water for guests in room. Bed uncomfortable. Socket broke in bathroom and bottom of wardrobe a metal strip was detached from the base. I wouldn't class this as a 4 star hotel
