Liked: The check-in process is super fast, though have to ask for basic infos all by oneself as they are not automatically given by the reception staff. Old fashion facilitated room, close to certain tourist attractions and close by nice restaurants. Wifi speed is a plus.

Liked: Stay was good, our room was spacious.Something I was disappointed about was we were allocated a room which led to some stairs leading to the room.Very unpleasant for guests who have heavy luggage during check in or check out.Room lighting was very poor.

Liked: Good location, it is not far from the main tourist destinations and the bus station.
Disliked: The biggest problem for me was that the window didn’t block noise from the outside, so I couldn’t sleep well.The room was aged:• The doors and closet were creaky.• The floor in the shower was broken.• The hairdryer’s button was broken, and you could see the wires through the hole.• After using the toilet once, it broke, and I had to ask for it to be fixed.• The TV screen had a strange contrast setup. After adjusting it to normal, I noticed an artifact.About the staff: 2 out of 3 employees were cold and didn’t even try to smile.Cleanliness: When I arrived, there was hair on the toilet, even though they had placed a sign stating it was sanitized. The glasses and snack packages were dusty.This is not my first time with Silken. In another city, the furniture was also creaky, but otherwise, the experience was OK. However, after this stay, I’ve decided never to book a room at Silken again.
