Superb

Liked: The staff are friendly. Very well located in Bilbao city centre. Metro station is close by. Parking is provided.
Disliked: I can see the age of the hotel from here and there in the room. Parking is not free, space is very tight.

Very good

Liked: The room was very clean and nice as well as the toilet. Location is very convenient to visit Bilbao on foot
Disliked: we had to wait for the key for more than 15min, the personnel came and left without telling us when he will be back to give us the key. After more than 3 people were waiting with us he came back and was then very efficient.
