Disappointing

Liked: Location location location The staff Zein he is the absolute best Zein made the obstacles like the super steep stairs 4 sets of them (for groups of four have to Go to the last floor )He helped so much with luggage with heating pads with opening the door Zein will make sure you are ok through your stay he goes above and beyond because of him I would come back to this Hotel if I had too.
Disliked: Stairs if you have a knee problem forget about it

Disliked: The stairs.. do not book if you have difficultly climbing stairs

Liked: Friendly staff, perfect location, and lovely view. When our other hotel cancelled the day before our trip, we found Sharm and booked. We ended up being glad as the room and price was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.
