Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a little chilly at night

Liked: only location and friendly staff was good.
Disliked: The hotel is old. Rooms, doors, furniture, bathroom, it's all so old. From bathroom comes so disgusting smell that i couldn't sleep.

Liked: Clean and big room. Other reviews have mentioned the furniture is a bit dated, but it's more a "heavy wood wardrobe"-dated than worn or scruffy. Location is good, both close to the historical city centre and the train station.

Very poor

Liked: The location was normal, it is possible to go within walking distance.
Disliked: The attitude of employees to the customer, the level of service was extremely low. After accepting the payment, they act as if you are not a customer there.

Disliked: The rooms and the decor looked nothing like the pictures .. except maybe the bedsheet ! Nothing cozy about it ! If u just going to go there for a sleep it’s alright ! The lounge downstairs was beautifully done . Also you can hear everything from the bathroom next door

Liked: The location was excellent. A few mins from SM Novella station. That was the main appeal. The cost, although expensive, was a lot less expensive than other places in the vicinity. It was clean, if a little run down. The hotel has a wonderful concierge who was helpful and pleasant. Brekkie was good. Lots of families.
