Lovely stay thank you

Liked: Comfortable room, good selection at buffet breakfast. Friendly efficient hotel staff were very helpful. Good hotel location, 20-30 min walk to main attractions with easy access to tram and bus services if needed.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like.

Disliked: It's a bit noisy outside on weekends if you choose to sleep with the window open. The pillows could be more comfortable.

Ok hotel

Liked: Room is larger than most hotels. Nice view overlooking a garden. Reception staff on 1st 2 days were patient and helpful in changing the room to a quieter one. Also helped to book our day tour to Ronda in late evening.
Disliked: Soundproofing between floors is not so good. The sound of upper floor guest's high heels can be heard.Reception staff on the day we checked out were unhelpful. it was rainy and we requested to book a taxi to hotel entrance. The staff didnt help and we had to go across the road with our luggage in the rain to grab a taxi.The 1st level cafe also has unfriendly staff and no individual serving of paella.
