Very nice stay in London

Liked: We had a very nice stay at the hotel Sergul.The hotel is built in the typical londonian style, the rooms were exceptionally clean and Mara is a very nice and helpful lady

A great value location for...

Liked: We were greeted by our wonderful host Mara, whom kept in touch prior to our arrival. The hotel Sergul is a convenient location to the station. Our room though small, was cosy with beautifully comfortable beds & pillows.Also we could leave our luggage on our last day as our flight was in the evening .. a bonus for sure

Mara is a lovely person...

Liked: Location was great and soWas host Mara
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, had to ask for fresh towels, tv didn’t work, no whitener or milk for coffee.

Cozy hotel in a quiet...

Liked: It's a very cozy hotel. You feel less like staying in a hotel and more like crashing at a friend's extra room in their home.
