Passable

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. But the music and party noise from the tavern made sleeping difficult.
Disliked: Having the intake staff present when you arrive would be nice. The door was locked and it took quite a while for someone to come let us in which is odd. And then once we got our key and parked our vehicle the front door person was no where to be found to help us find our way. The morning staff were available. I think the front desk must have been working the tavern as well.

Liked: I've stayed here quite abit now like 11 times and each time it's just as comfy and clean

Excellent value downtown Saskatoon

Liked: Front desk staff were great!Location is also a big factor, so nice to be downtown. We managed to utilize the parking at the hotel, so an added bonus.
Disliked: The toilet was running in the night, I didn't hear it but I guess my husband did. The connected pub, the service was poor, but the drinks and food were fine.

Alright! Only issue was freezing...

Liked: I like the old style of the building. Rooms are comfortable but not updated. I don’t mind that. I like the feel of the old haunted style.
Disliked: The bathroom was freezing. The window was letting in a lot of cold air. I put the extra pillows we had in the window but I’d don’t help mush.

Liked: very beautiful hotel, atmospheric, not like other hotels, great location and excellent pub, also very friendly staff.
Disliked: I would like a cleaner floor and a microwave in the room. When traveling with children this is very important
