Liked: Reception Staff were great and available 24hours. Excellent location in Old Town for making a very quick visit to the Wawel Royal Castle, main square. Taxi rank and lots of restaurants very close. Comfortable bed and nice shower room. Late checkout very much appreciated. Good complimentary selection of tea, coffee, water and welcome biscuits in superior room. Thanks all.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and in an ideal location. The room was very hot at night and a bit uncomfortable but i couldnt really fault anything else.

Great value for money, staff...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and far exceeded the breakfast we had had in another hotel in Krakow a few days before. A really lovely bar attached to the hotel so all in all fab value for money.
Disliked: The furniture in the room was a little dated but tbh the bed was very comfortable indeed, the room of a good temperature and the bathroom was spotless with a good shower.

Disliked: A bit noisy location. We had street view at first floor. I needed earblugs when sleeping.

An fantastic stay in a...

Liked: Great location in the heart of the city on a pedestrain street in the old town so no noise from traffic or trams which some other hotels have.The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The reception was staffed 24 hours which is reassuring too. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The staff in the dining room were lovely.Our room was serviced daily and to a very good standard.
Disliked: nothing!

Excellent hotel in fabulous location...

Liked: Excellent location for getting to the square and sightseeing. Lovely view from the superior room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the building itself and the rooms are lovely would definitely stay again.
Disliked: There was some noise being in a superior room as we faced onto the street and stayed over a weekend. This was to be expected though and it didn’t spoil the stay.
