Wonderful spot with many choices...

Liked: Great location and kind/helpful staff
Disliked: Lack of breakfast and the rooms require a n attention on the details.

Excellent location! Beautiful, quaint space...

Liked: Loved the location, right by the lake, easy walk downtown. Space was clean, staff were so helpful, truly loved this stay.
Disliked: Floors were a bit squeaky, could hear neighbors sometimes.

Liked: A comfortable room very polite and helpful staff, located close to the lake, just 10 mins from the centre on the tram and about a 25 minute walk

Okay for the night but...

Liked: Quiet location, but still near the heart of Zurich, old town, and the water. Walking distance to tram stop. Straight shot to main train station.
Disliked: No breakfast. Also has a rule about not eating food in our rooms, yet no common area to eat our own food.
