Super central stay in Vienna...

Liked: Great place to stay, really central for exploring the city.Room very well thought out, tea making facilities beds comfortable. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Disliked: All good!

Didn’t like the attitude of...

Disliked: They gave me a room without a window . I went down to ask them to give me a room with a window they were very rude . After I called booking.com help line they changed the room . So I am not happy with this hotel at all . I will never stay there again

Great stay!

Liked: The location was fantastic. The hotel staff was also very nice and very helpful if any help with sightseeing / restaurant.
Disliked: There was a mishap and instead of a double room (two single beds), we had one queen size bed. We did not go back and ask for a different room though.
