Perfect location for weekend stay

Liked: +Perfect location, all sightseeing objects very close+Nice staff+Breakfast were classic, not bad but not overwhelming
Disliked: - The bed was 160x200 which is not comfortable enough for 2 person- Only one comfortable armchair in double room, chair was not comfortable- Two false alarms during our 2 nights stay (at 11pm and at 7.30am), the hotel staff told us that it was caused by too much steam from shower ....... the smoke sensors should be fixed!

Would stay again, 100%

Liked: Location is perfect and staff makes everything easier and smoother.
Disliked: The carpet in our room was very very old, but that also provided some character to it. The bathroom had clearly been done up recently and it looked like the whole hotel was going through some refurb, so it wasn’t that bad.

Good

Liked: We recently stayed in a "Deluxe" room at this hotel. It felt rather plain and was much smaller than expected. We chose this room specifically because it was labeled as "Deluxe" and paid extra for what we assumed would be a more luxurious experience. However, it felt like we were overcharged for an economy room that didn't live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s description.Additionally, the description mentioned that the room would be stocked with various toiletries like shampoo and soap. However, upon arrival, there was only one large tube in the bathroom labeled for hands, body, and hair. It felt quite misleading.

Perfect location and space for...

Liked: This hotel is the perfect location and space for a family to explore Vienna! Just steps from the subway with three different train lines we were able to access everything with public transportation. The breakfast was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Poor

Liked: family room was big enough
Disliked: The walls are thin, even normal voice conversation was heard from the neighbor room. There were fire alarms during the 2 days we were there. And the second one was a bit frightening, cause the part of the hotel we were in was renovated. So there has been no fire exit stairs available, we could evacuate from the hotel only via using the elevator, which should not even operate in similar situations. There were no visible exit signs to follow in case of emergency. Terrible experience.
