I really like and recommend...

Liked: The hotel was very nice, 24 hours check-in desk helped me, it was quite warm and clean in the room, I liked furniture. In the morning I could drink coffee, even when I missed breakfast. The place where I'd like to return.
Disliked: Nothing bad I noticed.

Liked: The hotel room was very good - clean and quiet. And the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old town.

The most horrible night at...

Liked: Location, 24/7 front desk and luggage storage
Disliked: Hotel and rooms are super old. The furniture is awful. You can see mold on the bathroom. The shower is barely working. The bedsheets and towels are worn out and not clean. The noise cancellation is awful. You can hear when someone breathes in the next room. We were woken up by a vacuum cleaner at 8 am. It is unacceptable

Liked: excellent location of the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionist Aneta, we arrived late due to traffic problems, she met us from a taxi, took care of dinner, everything was friendly and kind. I recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again
