Room was decent size. The comforter on the bed was all messed up and the feathers inside were all at the bottom. Took forever for someone to clean the room; the shower had no pressure! Soda machine was all out of water; stayed in room 213 and opened my blinds to a gehtto ass park and a bunch of people working with saws and banging around all night. Very disappointed with the visit and service. More than likely will never stay in Comfort Suites again.

Liked: The rooms on our floor were comfortable, clean however lots of construction in the parking lot .
Disliked: We ended up paying more than double the price because we pre-paid. Someone who booked but paid on arrival paid $150.00 less even though we booked and pre-paid 2 months earlier . Something wrong here, will not use this booking site again.

Liked: Loved this place. Newly remodeled. Some remodeling still happening but not much left it looks like. Location excellent. Super close to Old Town Scottsdale, close to lots of restaurants and The Well which is a really awesome hole in the wall bar. Room was clean, spacious, renovated, and comfy! Cost for such a wonderful hotel was way below other hotels in area. I will absolutely be staying here when I visit again. We loved it! Quiet as well so amazing night sleep.

Liked: Although the hotel is currently under renovations, the hotel lobby is shaping up to be very modern and clean. My family and I did not partake in the breakfast provided. We liked the 2 queen bed room we had with the pull out sofa bed. Each kid was able to have their own bed. When I called down for additional bedding, it was brought up right away.
Disliked: Our room was pretty clean for the most part. I didn’t even notice that the previous guest left their fake eyelashes on the lamp base until we were checking out. We were hardly in our room. The bathroom is fairly small. For a family of four, only one of us could get ready at a time. Another mirror over the desk would be nice to allow another person to get ready.
