A refreshingly excellent hotel, would...

Liked: Centrally placed in old town, right next to railway station. We were travelling by train. Very well kept, excellent staff, quiet and comfortable.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Breakfeast was very good, though a bit pricey, but then everything in Switzerland is pricey. Location excellent - very classy hotel. very nice ambience in the main restaurant which is also used for breakfeast
Disliked: The Air conditioning in the room could have been better - temperature control was not the best

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Location was great although a little noisy with the trams
Disliked: Very expensive hotel versus other cities and 5 star hotels. Zurich is an expensive place I know but hotel was still in my view overpriced.
