Disliked: - Took 2 days to heat the room from 16 to 18 °C, 3 days more to 19°C- Airvent on the hallway ceiling plays music 24/7- Towels changed once in 6 nights- Someone at the hotel gave out personal information including my room number without my permission to people who then visited me at my room - serious breach of confidentiality and negative points for this

Small hotel with a charm

Liked: 1. Nice location, accessible by tram.2. Quite private, as there aren't too many people observing your comings and goings.3. Shops and restaurants nearby.4. A touch of history. Yes, the hotel is a bit shabby but that's the charm.5. Nice staff.6. Clean enough.
Disliked: 1. The place seems to be understaffed.2. The tram track is literally near the building, so one gets somewhat more noise than one would like to.

Disliked: Trams get too loud when windows are open.

Liked: I made a reservation for single room, shared bathroom. Both of them were so clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, tram station is just across the street and a lot restaurants, Rewe and Rossman also so close to the hotel. Wi-Fi working well.
Disliked: Elevator is a bit old but works fine.
