I had a great stay...

Liked: The location was perfect - quiet and charming, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and conveniently close to the seminar venue I was attending. The neighbourhood had everything I needed, including shops, a pharmacy, a mall, and a bakery. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the staff was very kind, providing all the necessary information and responding promptly via email.

Receptionist unpleasant

Disliked: The receptionist was unpleasant . Agressive with my assistant over the phone and disagreeable with when I arrived at the hotel .
