Disliked: Room, facilities. The property was worth 2 star not 4. Soap dispenser and site lamps were not working. Pictures attached. Double duvet was not available. Sorry state of affair.

Disliked: The hotel rooms are tired. I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I’d say it’s overdue refurbishment.

Disappointing

Liked: THE ROOMS ARE VERY BASIC.SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT BUT THE REST WAS NOT GOOD.
Disliked: The hotel rooms need urgent renovation. The staff are ok but the services are NOT integrated. Restaurant staff are rude but not connected to hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: We did not have breakfast.
Disliked: The lift only went one floor up and our room was on the 2nd floor through quite a warren of corridors and stairs. we had really heavy cases so got our room changed to the 1st floor. The very nice receptionist brought us through the basement in the service lift, as the access to the front door was up about 8 steps. Also we had to ring as we went round in circles unable to find the property only to be told the Number on the email was different to the actual address.

Disliked: Big party in reception area, keeping the hotel awake untill very late. No pre info on it and no staff to contact. Following contact to staff seemed quite unprofessional. A disaster when the stay was for a instructor from abroad who had to teach the next day.
