It was good but not...

Liked: The transport facilities were readily available near the hotel due to its proximity to the station.
Disliked: The hotel didn’t provide basic things like water and tea and coffee facility at the room just to make a business for their cafe .

Liked: We had a nice stay! The hotel was clean and has a very beautiful design! Also the stuff was so friendly and helpful! A little bit far away from the centre but next to the train station and tram so you can use these to get there!

Liked: Very close to vienna Hbf train station. Have a cafe inside the hotel. Very small room but clean and comfortable for short days.

Good with annoying things

Liked: The sink was stuck, and nothing went through.Bright light from the window, even with closed curtains.Good thing is the free locker, but most of them are not working as well.Also, self check-in and check-out are possible.

Great hotel, expensive breakfast

Liked: Hotel is in a great location next to the main station. A metro stop to go to downtown is next by. Lobby and rooms are modern, staff is friendly. The negative: prices for food/drinks are on the higher end, especially the breakfast for 23€ is too much for what it is. I'd come back but without breakfast.
