Super disappointed with the staff...

Liked: Arrived to no fridge and no safe working. Crucial for us . Asked to have them fixed,They could not. They offered us an upgrade 15euro a night? Sorry, this is not what we wanted. Super disappointed considering we’ve stayed at the Scala for many year and always please. The next day they fixed the issue,But still a big disappointment ! On the day we left we were able to store our luggage at the front desk. When we arrived later to pick it up and asked to use their washroom, they would not allow us too? What is that all about? Honestly we may never book at the Scala again - super upset

Liked: It would be perfect if I can have some coffee in my room every day. I found a poor shop nearby and had to buy a big package of not so good coffee and sugar for only one day.
