Liked: The first room we got on Oct. 30 was better than the one we got on Nov. 11. The one on the 9th floor was more spacious for 2 people whereas the one on Nov. 11 for 3 people was quite smaller. Less room for 3 people to move around. Thank God, it was only for one night.
Disliked: Only had 2 complimentary bottle of water when we were 3 guests in the room. There were also only 2 cups and no coffee, sugar or cream for our evening and morning coffee or tea. It also looked like it was not cleaned from previous guest. When I phoned to ask for milk and coffee and another clean cup, it never came.We went to the reception to ask for an extra bottle of water for the 3rd guest but our request was denied and the reason being that the hotel only provides two complementary bottles as it does not consider the amount of guests in the room. According to my standard, this is a poor client service because the guest is left with a bitter taste.

Liked: The hotel has excellent security systems in place, ensuring that only guests can access the premises and preventing strangers from entering. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a master room, which was stunningly beautiful. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the city center via bus and the airport via metro, making commuting a breeze. Overall, a wonderful stay!
