Elegant and modern hotel near...
Liked: Location of the hotel is perfect. Near to the beach. Very nice zone. Staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is modern and has an impressive design. Just maybe the design of the corridors can be better. Does not fit with the modernity of the hotel. The corridor walls are from wood and the carpets is not very new. Better not to have carpets in the corridors. Rooms does not have carpets so it is clean and modern. Bathroom is nice and elegant but can be updated. It needs a bit more nice touches. Thank you

Dated, cheap furnishings but not...
Liked: Drains smelled, especially in the spa, toilet was leaky, finishes were dated, and it was farther from the center than I expected.

Disappointing experience - there are...
Liked: The hotel building from outside and the furniture!
Disliked: Disappointing Experience - Would Not RecommendI recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a series of issues that made my stay unpleasant.Unwelcoming Staff: The staff was cold and inflexible, offering short and sharp responses, which made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay.Room Issues: I was given a room next to the elevator, which felt like everyone was constantly outside my door. This was made worse when room service knocked and entered immediately while I was either in bed or the bathroom. This lack of privacy was incredibly uncomfortable.Express Check-Out Is Just a Concept: The "express" check-out process was not efficient. After dropping my keys, I was not allowed to leave until the staff checked their computer, which felt unnecessary and time-consuming.Cancellation and Billing Problems: I had a flexible booking for three nights, but due to a flight cancellation, I arrived on the second day. Despite contacting the hotel, I was charged for the full three nights. They charged my card in full at check-in (instead of at check-out), and when I tried to add even a small charge, like a €3 coffee, to my room, I was told I couldn’t.Unfair Cancellation Fee: I was informed that the cancellation policy would have only charged me €189 for the entire booking, but they instead charged me €380 for missing the first night, which seems unjust given the circumstances.Pool and Facilities: The pool was cold, and the outdoor area was not usable, which was disappointing given the expectations.Overall, my experience was disappointing. With poor customer service, unclear billing practices, and a lack of amenities, I do not recommend this hotel. There are far better options available elsewhere.

1-Star accommodations for a 4-Star...
Liked: The location is pretty good with restaurants, public transportation, and the beach all within walking distance. It was a 20 minute UBER to both the airport and the train station, depending on traffic. The staff were very friendly, considerate, and helpful.
Disliked: This place is a one star hotel with a four star price tag. It was one of the worst hotel experiences (as far as accommodations and facilities) that we have ever had. There was no air-conditioning, so we were very hot and struggled to get a good night's sleep. Evidently, they shut off the air conditioning function during the cooler months, but our room was in the mid to high 70's in temperature and the only relief we got was by opening the windows to circulate air, which brought the smell and sounds of the city in. The staff did bring us 2 fans (the first was broken and the second was barely functional). Our safe never worked and when I brought it to an employee's attention, she said the maintenance people were already off for the night and they couldn't get it sorted out until the next day (which never happened). The internet was spotty and we were constantly kicked off or unable to access it. The hot water in the shower was.... excruciatingly hot, which shouldn't be an issue except the water temp and pressure constantly fluctuated unpredictable causing me to get burned while showering the first night. Hoping it was a fluke, I tried to shower the next night and the same thing happened. It was treacherous enough that we wouldn't let our daughter use the shower out of fear she might get burned. Neither the bathroom sink nor shower drains would pop up into the open position, so we had to physically remove them to get water to drain. In general, there was damaged furniture, damaged trim, scuffed walls, and on overall worn-out feel to the entire place. Upon checkout, the front desk employee expressed apologies and said all of these things are regular issues because the company that owns the hotel is investing all of its funds into 2 new hotels, so this one is neglected. I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment. Save your aggravation and stay somewhere else.

Liked: Every day was cleaned room, changed towels. Near hotel are supermarkets, cafes, bus stops. In the aeroport us met taxi driver.
