Liked: Great location in the center within walking distance from Bern university. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Spacious room with sleek and fonctional design, very nice and also super quiet ! Good breakfast and excellent service . Highly recommend this hotel !

Comfortable quiet hotel with spacious...

Liked: Spacious room. Quiet and well located to the station and Christmas markets. The receptionist gave my daughter a goodie bag on arrival which was well received.
Disliked: One evening there wasn’t any hot water. I phoned reception but I decided to go to bed without my shower before it got fixed. The next morning nobody in reception mentioned it to me but it was hot again. I had to ask the cleaner for tea and coffee for my room as she’d forgotten to replenish it.
