Liked: The location was fantastic and the staff were super welcoming and helpful in navigating the city. And having the cafe offering breakfast with great selection in the same building was a fantastic way to start the day.
Disliked: Unfortunately, i can only repeat what so many others mentioned already- the hotel is super noisy given the open space floor plan and while there are doors on each floor to the staircase they are not closed. You can hear the staff in the cafe downstairs moving chairs and tables early in the morning and doors opening and closing very loudly all the time. So - bring some earplugs!!! In addition there was hardly a power outlet in the room accessible, only in the bathroom (maybe the downside of the Single room)

Liked: The rooms are large and comfortable. Very clean and the bathroom is clean and very neat. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They resolve reservation issue in a blink. The property is near every important monuments in the old city so it’s was perfect. Definitely I will stay again if I visit the city.
Disliked: There is a lift in the building but if you have to take the stairs be careful they are a bit tricky at the end to the lobby area. My husband stumbled and almost fell down. And again the staff take care of him.

Liked: Conveniently close the museum and other tourist attractions, which suited our family for an overnight stay on our way home. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.
