Disliked: Worst hotel experience in my Andalusia trip.

Superb

Liked: Location is great, beautiful room,staff very helpful. Hotel lacks atmosphere. No outside space to sit at the moment due to swimming pool area being renovated. Don't let that put you off and Granada is such a interesting place to visit!

Fantastic venue - upmarket and...

Liked: The BED!!! Heaven on Cloud 9. Posh and fabulous help st reception! Easy peasy walk to town.
Disliked: All good. Restuarant a little small on size and choice.

Liked: Reception hall was impressive. Check out was fine, car parking good.
Disliked: 1st reception I spoke to did not speak English and did not understand me, but a lady came over and did. The room was OK, but the table top was marked and untidy. The bathroom did not cater for disabled (wheelchair) people as the bath could not be used and shower could not be reached. We were not given the WIFI code when checking in, which is poor. Taxi booking excellent. Breakfast for 18 euros was very poor value: bacon uncooked/cold, mushrooms stone cold, scrambled eggs not hot enough, fried eggs not hot. Amazingly there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. For a four star rated hotel, this was disappointing.

A very enjoyable stay in...

Liked: The hotel was very modern, bright and airy with lovely features such as fountains and well kept gardens. Our room was fabulous and had everything that we needed, including a large very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was an extensive array of lovely local food. The location was outside the centre of town but had very good bus and tram links locally.

Extremely disappointing

Liked: not at all like the pictures. the room and bathroom were dirty, the floor creaked when walking. There were stains on the sheets. The hotel pictures made it to look very luxurious but it is not at all was is experienced in reality. The only good point was the location, it is very easy to walk to the centre. very disappointed overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Excellent stay in Granada &...

Liked: Very friendly reception staff, all spoke English. On site parking costs €21 per day but worth it for secure parking. A decent selection of food for breakfast, with bonus of a bar on site. 15 minutes walk into the city centre or a couple of minutes in a taxi.

Very warm & comfortable stay.

Liked: Although not exactly in the heart of the city, it was close enough for a short bus or a taxi ride. Room was v comfortable, warm & quiet. Good quality finishes throughout.
Disliked: The pillows appeared to be foam blocks. One too large & one too small! I rarely drink coffee I don’t have a machine,so I struggled to operate the one in the room. Just a diagram or short explanation would be a bonus for one time users. Only international news available on the British tv & even English speaking films were dubbed into Spanish!
