Stay was great!
Liked: Hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall was a great experience.

Pleasant
Liked: The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are somewhat small but still large enough. But for the price of the hotel the service is not good. We waited 45 minutes for the breakfast (which was quite good, but the eggs on the eggs Benedict were overcooked and hard ) and then we had to spend around 40 minutes at check out because the hotel charged wrong amounts for our stay and it took them very long to fix it. It could be a great hotel but doesn't really live up to what they want to be.
