Excellent as always!!

Liked: I've stayed at Hotel Santo in the past and it always meets/exceeds my expectations! The room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent! The staff is terrific!

Liked: The room is nicely decorated and it was very clean.The staff is really nice.
Disliked: Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast & hotel staff was very good. Location was also near to the train station & cologne cathedral.
Disliked: Room size was very small & also the minibar cabinet was wrongly placed which could have hurt our heads while sitting at sofa. We had to be very cautious about it.
