Superb

This is Our second time...

Liked: The location was convenient. The El Corte Ingles was 2 blocks away from the Property. Pilar - the Front Desk staff was very efficient and professional!

Very good

Liked: Good food choices.
Disliked: We had trouble with the door lock to our room.

Liked: Staff, beds very comfortable, room with a lot of space
Disliked: Air conditioning super noise

Disliked: I always like a bath in bathroom

Nice hotel but located far...

Liked: I liked the quality of the hotel, mostly because it is modern. The room was very clean and well decorated.
Disliked: The location, I have been before in Santiago but in the central area, I didn’t expect the hotel to be in a residential area, not good public transportation and no shops around apart from El Corte Ingles. It was a long walk going towards the town centre.

Good option in Santiago away...

Liked: Good and free parking options on the streets nearby.Small fitness room but enough for a 1-2 day trip.The rooms are big and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is not good, to reach the city centre one must walk around 25 min and climb hilly streets. There are also no offer of restaurants around, and at night is a bit sketchy the whereabouts.
